Cancellation Policy

Your support of our small business is greatly valued and appreciated. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Deposits are required in order to secure your appointment. For services $45 and up, a deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards your service. A no-show, cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. A deposit is only transferable in the event of a circumstance that is beyond our control (*see below) All deposits associated with appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline to avoid being charged. Any appointment canceled, rescheduled or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service(s) amount. All no call/no shows and appointments canceled are subject to being charged 100% of the reserved service(s) amount. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a reschedule, cancellation or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Mother Earth Aesthetics, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illness, contraindications, or as deemed necessary. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. *It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply (your deposit will be utilized towards the rescheduled appointment).
