Spa Policies
Please review all policies. When scheduling your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
Privacy & Safety
We promise our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information will remain protected and confidential. This includes your treatment, credit card information, address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We value and respect each guests' privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) communications.
Cancellation & Deposit
Your support of our small business is greatly valued and appreciated. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Deposits are required in order to secure your appointment. For services $45 and up, a deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards your service.
A no-show, canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
A deposit is only transferable in the event of a circumstance that is beyond our control (*see below)
All deposits associated with appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline to avoid being charged. Any appointment canceled, rescheduled or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service(s) amount. All no call/no shows and appointments canceled are subject to being charged 100% of the reserved service(s) amount.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a reschedule, cancellation or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled service.
We recognize the time of our guests and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Mother Earth Aesthetics, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illness, contraindications, or as deemed necessary.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.
*It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply (your deposit will be utilized towards the rescheduled appointment).
Spa Packages
Any appointment canceled, rescheduled or changed without 24 hours notice will result in losing your session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
Health Disclosure
All clients are required to disclose health information, including medications in order to provide safe and effective skincare treatments.
Any “forgotten” information could place you at risk for serious contraindications occurring with product ingredients and also with specific aesthetic devices used in available treatments.
For your safety please be truthful.
Health & Safety
Guests are required to cancel/reschedule any treatment should you feel ill, have a cold, the flu or an infection. Please do not come in and risk exposure to others.
Please note that you will not be seen if you arrive with sniffles, cough, sneezing or any of the below conditions:
Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever, Chicken Pox, Shingles, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Cold Sores, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, Scabies, Sore Throat, Thrush, Whooping Cough Ear Infection and the common cold.
Note: This policy is not and will not be used in lieu of our Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your appointment timely and abuse of this policy may result in required deposits value 50% of service(s).
Minors
Guests between 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult to sign and provide written permission for all waxing and skin care services.
Guests under 15 must have a parent or guardian preset at all times.
Absolutely NO Brazilian or bikini waxing will be performed on minors under the age of 18.
Children
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the Spa.
Please make other arrangement for your children on appointment days. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a cancellation fee should you arrive with a child not receiving services.
Mother Earth Aesthetics, LLC will not be held accountable for inquiry or accidents to, or caused by unsupervised children.
Sanitation
Following each service, the treatment room is cleaned, including doorknobs and the facial table is sanitized and new linen placed.
Equipment and implements are cleansed and sterilized with hospital grade disinfectants, or are disposable.
Food or drink into the treatment room area is prohibited
Cell Phones
Please turn your cell phones off or set on silent mode while in the spa.
Pricing
We are constantly expanding our services and treatments. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices on services, treatments, and retail items are subject to change at any time with or without notice. All listed prices are "starting at" and are subject to change due to increased length of service and additional product usage. All treatment times are approximate.
All retail items are subject to applicable taxes.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be purchased at the spa or online. They may be used towards any product, service or treatment.
Gift Card must be present at time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or replaced.
Gift Cards do not expire unless promotional. Promotional cards cannot be combined with any discounted services/products, packages, or series. All sales are final. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refunds
All services, treatments, retail items and gift card sales are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
If customer fails to accept delivery or pick up product(s) within 60 days of notice, Mother Earth Aesthetics, LLC will consider the item(s) abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses.
While we make every effort to make our customers happy as possible, we will attempt to correct any concerns.
Payment & Gratuity
Cash and the following credit cards are accepted Visa, Master Card and Discover. No personal checks. Buy Now Pay Later options are available for your convenience.
Gratuities are not included in the service price and are not required, but are graciously appreciated.
Shipping
Shipping Fee
A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders, regardless of the size or destination within the country.
Delivery Time: Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
Out-of-Stock Items
Items that are listed as out of stock may be ordered directly from our vendor. Please place your order as usual.
Processing Time: Please allow at least 2 business days for us to process and place these special orders. Vendor processing times may vary.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Notifications
Tracking Information: Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to an address within the country.
